Bailey's Brownies

Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, and level with knife. Combime flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Place chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stir every 30 seconds (we don't want burning chocolate :( )
Cool slightly, and add sugar, egg substitute, Bailey's and vanilla-stirring well.
Microwave on high 1 minute or until sugar dissolves, stirring every 30 seconds.
Fold in flour mixture, stirring until just moist.
Spread batter in a 9 inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pick that is inserted into the center should come out almost cleam-if it comes out completely clean your brownies are officially too-cooked.
