This is a family recipe, and my mom fixes it every 4th of July, among other family get togethers – mostly summer barbeques – I’ve never seen anyone turn it down – not even kids!!

Ingredients You'll Need
½ pound bacon cut into 1 in pieces
1 lb gr. Beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 can lima beans (drained)
1 can kidney beans (drained)
1 can pork & beans (with juice)
½ cup ketchup
¾ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoon vinegar
½ cup white sugar
Directions
Cook bacon, beef, onion, and salt in a large skillet until done.
Mix with the remaining ingredients in a casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
