Baked Cauliflower Tots

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a family favorite healthy snack created by one of our amazing Skinny Body Care Distributors.
Ingredients You'll Need
Head of cauliflower
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 egg (beaten)
¼ cup flour or corn meal
Directions
1. Shred the head of cauliflower (makes about 3 cups)
2. Add sharp cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and beaten egg and flour or cornmeal
3.Mix thoroughly
4.Preheat oven to 375 degrees
5.Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray
Using a tablespoon form into balls and place mixture on parchment
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
** Can add chopped onion or jalapenos for added flavor
