This is our easy low point go to recipe for WW.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 chicken breasts
drizzle olive oil
lemon juice
salt/pepper
italian seasoning
12oz chicken broth
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Put chicken in a baking dish. Fill dish with broth until just up to edge of chicken. drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper and italian seasoning. bake about 20 minutes.
