Baked Chicken and Pineapple

This is a fun recipe you can make a head of time and warm it up when you're ready to serve.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 (3-lb size) broiler fryers, cut up
2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves
2 teaqspoons salt
1/2 tespoon pepper
10 shallots, peeled
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 teaspoon ginger
paprika
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash chicken; drain well on paper towels.
Combine rosemary, salt, and pepper; rub into chicken.
Combine pineapple juice and ginger; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, 55 to 60 mintues, or until tender.
