Ingredients You'll Need
2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken (browned).
1/3 cup chopped onion.
1/3 cup chopped celery.
1 cup cooked tomatoes.
1/2 cup water.
3/4 tsp. salt.
pepper.
1/4 tsp. powdered sage.
1/4 cup chopped green pepper.
2/3 cup uncooked rice.
Directions
Mix in bowl (while chicken is browning) all ingredients.
Put mixture into a 12x7x2 baking dish.
Place chicken over top.
Bake at 350.
