Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe came from my grandma blue and her skills with making chicken. I usually eat chicken along with her ham at thanksgiving rather than turkey.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Whole Roasting Chicken
2 tbsp butter
paprika, salt and pepper
Wash Chicken, Removing tail and excess fat. Bake spiced chicken with stufing in a shallow butter pan at 350 degrees for one hour. Baste with butter.
For Turkey prepare as above, for stuffing read directions on the box and stuff firmly into the turkey before baking.
