Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound fish fillets
1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsps grated parmesan cheese
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tbl melted margarine/butter
Directions
Spray bottom of baking dish with cooking oil.
Mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese together in a small bowl.
Dip fish in breadcrumbs and place in baking dish.
Sprinkle top of fish with lemon juice and melted margarine.
Bake in 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or till fish is flaky.
