2 cups instant oats
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup fat free milk
1 egg plus 1 egg white
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup sugar substitute
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix oats and baking powder & add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a sprayed pie plate and bake at 350 for 45 mins.
