Baked Pork Chops with Rice

This is a very common dish in Hong Kong's restaurant.

Ingredients You'll Need
Pork Chops 3 pcs
Onion 0.5 cup
Tomato 1 cups
Mushroom 0.5 cup
Egg 2 EA
Garlic 0.5 tsp
Cooked Rice 2 bowls
Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese
Plain Flour 2 tbsp
Seasoning for Pork Chops:
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 0.5 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
White cooking wine 2tbsp
White pepper
Sauce:
Chopped Garlic 0.5 tsp
Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
Chicken Broth 3/4 cup
Plain Flour 1 tbsp
Salt
Sugar
Directions
1) Marinate the pork chops for 30 mins.
2) Mix white pepper into flour and lightly dip pork chops into the flour.
3) Add 2 tbsp oil to a pan and fry the pork chops over high heat on each sides until golden brown. Remove them from the pan.
5)Stir fly the rice with egg until slightly browned, remove them from the pan and place them in a baking container.
5) Stir fly the garlic, onion and mushroom over high heat until slightly browned.
6) Lower the heat, then add the tomato paste and tomato. Cover and cook until the tomato is soft. Remove cover, add the chicken broth and stir until reduced to thick sauce.
7) Place the pork chops over the fried rice, then pour the sauce overall and spread evenly. Making sure sauce cover all the rice and pork chops.
8) Sprinkle cheese over. Then bake for 15 to 20 mins in the preheated oven with 200 degree until the cheese melt with a slightly brown color.
