Ingredients You'll Need

1 loaf French Bread
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup apple butter
16 thin slices prosciutto
2 pears, medium ripeness, thinly sliced
1 small wheel Brie cheese, thinly sliced
Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut 16 slices from French bread on the diagonal, about 1/2" thick. Lightly brush with olive oil on both sides and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Toast in oven about 4-5 minutes, flipping the slices about half-way through.

Spread 1 tbsp apple butter onto each slice. Place 1 slice prosciutto, then 2-3 slices of pear on each slice. Top with 2 pieces of Brie cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Bake approximately 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve.
