Ingredients You'll Need

Salmon Filet
Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Asparagus
Cauliflower
Lemon
Sour Cream
Fresh or Dry Dill


Directions

Salmon Filet:
Set oven to 425F.
Season salmon filet to your liking.
Bake for 20 mins or till cooked through, on a baking sheet.


Asparagus:
Lightly simmer in water for about 5 mins.
Broil in the oven for an additional 5 mins.
Add cracked black pepper to taste!


Roasted Cauliflower:
Chop into pieces.
season with olive oil, minced garlic, and salt.
Place in oven for 10 mins at 425F.


Fill Aoli:
Mix 2 tbsp of sour cream with 1 tbsp of dill, juice from 1/2 a lemon, a pinch of salt, and 2 cloves of minced garlic.
