Baked Sweet and Sour Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients You'll Need
10‐oz pkg frozen Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt and pepper
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 Preheat oven to 350° F.
2 Precook sprouts in microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
3 Combine remaining ingredients (except parmesan cheese).
4 Put sprouts in 1½ qt baking dish, pour over mixture, and blend.
5 Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese; bake covered for 15 minutes or so.
