Ingredients You'll Need
2 Large Yams, 1/2 rope of beef, chicken, or pork sausages, 2 cups of raw medium tail on shrimp, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. of black pepper, sea salt, and paprika, 1 lemon, 1 lb. of fresh green beans and 1 stick of butter.
Directions
Yams: Rinse yams, poke 4 holes in each and wrap in foil and put inside the oven on 350 for 25 minutes. When done cut in half & plate.
Sausage: Cut, sautee with cooking spray in a skillet for 5 minutes.
Shrimp: Season with 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, sea salt, and paprika. Melt 4 4tsps of butter in skillet saute for 5 minutes.
Green Beans: Heat in a skillet with 3 tsps of butter and 4 Tbsps of water for 5 minutes then plate.
