Ingredients You'll Need
2 Tbsp butter softened
1/8 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp of baking soda
1/8 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/3 cup of all purpose flower
1/2 cup milk
Directions
2.In a mixing bowl beat together the butter vegetable oil and sugars until smooth
3.Add in the egg
4.Stir in the baking powder baking soda,nutmeg,salt, and vanilla
5. stir in flower into the mixture alternate with the milk( begging and ending with flower).
6. Spoon the batter into the pan filling 1/4 shy of the rim
7. bake doughnuts for 10 min remove and wait 5 min before taking them off the pan
