Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound butter, softened
2 Tbsp. onions, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. white cooking wine
2 Tbsp. heavy cream
1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced fine
1/4 cup red bell peppers, diced fine
6 Tbsp. BBQ sauce
Directions
Whip the butter until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to blend.
Keep refrigerated and allow to soften to room temperature before using.
