Banana Bread with extras

Why I Love This Recipe
I had a few bananas that were going to waste but once they get to that certain brownish yellow colour I dont feel like eating them. The solution: Banana Bread. But not plain old banana bread. The recipe is from http://www.elise.com
Ingredients You'll Need
3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar (can easily reduce to 3/4 cup)
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup of flour
Directions
Mash and mix bananas and butter. Mix in sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt. Add flour last. Now for the extras. Add about half cup or a full cup of chocolate chips and about a cup or more of mini marshmallows (in hindsight I think you can even add those little caramel squares to the mixture...yum!). Bake in a greased pan at 350C for about an hour or until inserted toothpick comes out dry.
I know the marshmallows sound strange but several people sampled the bread and they said the marshmallows were an awesome addition :D
