Why I Love This Recipe
One of my favorite treats! This recipe is so simple, but honestly I have yet to find one equally as delicious!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 Cups all Purpose Flour
1/4 Granulated sugar
2tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
1tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 cup chocolate chips
Walnuts (optional)
2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 5 bananas)
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup Milk
2 eggs
Directions
In large bowl whisk together all dry ingredients.
In second bowl mash the ripe bananas, melted butter, milk and eggs. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until just blended.
Spread in a greased 9X5 inch loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60min or until the cake tester or fork comes out clean in the centre.
