Ingredients You'll Need
Muffins:
1 1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Bananas, Ripe & Mashed
3/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar, Packed
1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
3/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Butter, Melted
Topping:
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Butter
Directions
Oven Temperature: 375°F
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees; lightly grease muffin pan or use paper liners
*Beat bananas, sugars, egg, and melted butter; stir the banana mixture with the dry ingredients until just moistened
*Spoon into muffin cups
*In small bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; cut in butter until mixture is like coarse cornmeal; sprinkle topping over muffins
*Bake 18-20 minutes, until toothpick inserted is not gooey
