Why I Love This Recipe

Bananas are a good source of potassium, manganese, vitamin B6, vitamin C, fiber, biotin and copper. Bananas are low in sodium and cholesterol.

Honey will help relive some of your pets allergies.

Peanut butter is a good source of protein, but it also contains heart healthy fats, vitamin B, niacin, and vitamin E.

Plain yogurt provides calcium and protein, and probiotics yogurt helps digestion.

Ingredients You'll Need

Plain Yogurt
Natural Peanut Butter
Natural Honey
Ice cube tray or baking silicone mold


2 Cups of plain yogurt

1 Medium banana

1/3 Cup of natural peanut butter

1 Tablespoon of natural honey

Place all ingredients into blender, and puree until smooth

Pour into silicone mold, place in the freezer for 2 hours

Store in baggie in freezer
