Almonds, oatmeal, bananas and yogurt meet up in your blender for a power breakfast. Drink this Banana Oatmeal Smoothie before your morning exercise routine and you’ll have the energy you need to get through your workout.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 Banana (best when ripe)
1 cups Ice
1 cup of Classy Hippie Banana Jack iced Tea
1/4 dry oatmeal
Put almonds, oatmeal, and ice in blender first. Add rest of the ingredients and blend into a smoothie. If too thick, I add a splash spring water or more Classy Hippie Banana Jack Iced tea.
