Banana Pops

"Bananas coated with dark chocolate, end dipped in coconut and/or nuts and frozen."

Frozen bananas have the consistency of ice cream, but are a healthier, although delicious treat.
Ingredients You'll Need
3-4 bananas, cut in half horizontally and popsicle stick inserted
8 oz. dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 c. shredded, sweetened coconut
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions
Insert sticks in bananas and put bananas in freezer for 1 hour or until frozen. Melt chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes at 50% power. Stir. Continue melting if necessary in 30 second intervals at 50% power until melted and smooth. Take frozen bananas one at a time from freezer and dip in chocolate to coat, then roll end in coconut and/or nuts. Wrap in plastic and freeze until ready to eat.
