Why I Love This Recipe
My Mom used to make this for us as Kids. I always peel and cut the banana in large chunks then freeze them in freezer bags. I prefer using frozen banana's or any other frozen fruit instead of ice cubes.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup skim or low fat milk
4 frozen banana chunks
1 package low-calorie sweetener(optional)
Place milk, banana's, sweetener in a blender. Make sure lid is on secure. Blenden until no banana chuks are seen and milk has thickened. Pour into glass and Enjoy
