Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
OR
60 vanilla wafers, crushed
4 tablespoons melted butter
3 tablespoons sugar
FILLING:
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom of 9x13" cake pan. Mix filling ingredients and beat until fluffy (about 10 minutes). Spread this on top of cracker crust. Slice 4 bananas which have been rolled in lemon juice to prevent browning. Put on top of bananas. Drain 1-20 ounce can crushed pineapple and put on top of bananas. Put 1 large dish of cool whip over pineapple then sprinklw with cherry pieces and nuts. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
