2Tsp butter/margarine
1pkg pound cake
2med ripe bananas
3Tsp sugar
4Tsp orange juice
1/8tsp nutmeg
1cup vanilla ice cream


In a med skillet melt 1Tsp butter over med heat. Add pound cake slices; cook for 1-2 min or until browned, turning once. Remove from skittle; set aside. Peel bananas; bias-slice each banana into 8 pieces. In the same skillet combine sugar, orange juice, and the remaining butter. Heat about 1min or until butter melts and sugar begins to dissolve. Add the bananas; heat for 2-4min more or just until bananas are tender, stirring once. Stir in nutmeg. To serve, place a small scoop of vanilla ice cream on each pound cake slice. Spoon bananas and sauce over ice cream and pound cake slices.
