Barb's Sour Cream Fudge Cake Original

This was an original recipe from Grandmas cookbook but it wasn't fudgy enough for today's tastes. Adding more melted chocolate and chocolate chips brings it up a notch. A nice light cake with pleasing taste.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cup flour (regular or gluten free)
2 -4 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
salt
1 tsp soda
1 TBSP boiling water
1 tsp vanilla
chocolate chips
Directions
Combine sugar, eggs and sour cream and beat for a minute
Add dry ingredients
Add melted chocholate and boiling water
Beat well
Pairs Well With
Whipped cream is a must with this cake
