Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 Package hot dogs
2 1/2 Cups whole wheat pasta
3 Cups whole milk
1/2 Teaspoon sea salt
1 Cup shredded cheese
1/4 Cup barbecue sauce
Directions
Chop hot dogs into 1/2 inch pieces. Coat a skillet with nonstick spray and heat. Add hot dogs to skillet and fry 3 minute stir, fry 3 minutes until most all sides are browned. Remove from heat. Mix pasta, milk and salt in a large sauce pan. Cook over medium high heat stirring constantly until the pasta is tender 11 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add in barbecue sauce and hot dogs and stir well.
