"The secret is in the marinade"

Serves 4 servings | Prep Time Several hours | Cook Time 5-8 min

Why I Love This Recipe

I picked up this recipe in the grocery store years ago and loved it from the first time we made it. The marinade is bold and delicious.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 lbs salmon steaks
1/2 C vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions

Combine all ingredients except Salmon. Place marinade and salmon in a plastic bag (or Tupperware marinade dish). Seal and refrigerate for several hours. remove fish and place on well greased grill or wire hinged basket. Cook 4 inches from medium coals, 5-8 min per side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste with marinade several times during cooking. (Can also broil in oven)

Pairs Well With

Rice pilaf and asparagus
