I love this recipe because it is so easy and does not take a lot of time to make.
Ingredients You'll Need
16 jumbo shrimp with heads and unpeeled
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons Creole seasoning
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1-1/14 to 1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) cold unsalted butter, cubed
Step 1-In a large skillet combine shrimp, lemon juice, black peppers, Creole seasoning, garlic and Worcestershire. Cook on medium heat for about 1 minute a side.
Step 2-Take shrimp out of pan.
Step 3- reduce heat to medium low and add butter to pan and stir constantly.
Step 4- remove skillet from heat.
Step 5-Pour sauce over shrimp.
Step 6- Enjoy.
