Why I Love This Recipe
A standby for Thanksgiving evenings playing cards around the table, when everyone is tired of cooking.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 giant or 3 small avocados
2 medium cloves, minced
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 tsp to 1 Tbsp diced jalapenos
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vegetable oil (I prefer olive)
1/2 - 3/4 tsp salt
Mash the avocado
Mix in all other ingredients
Save the avocado pit to store with leftover guacamole, to keep fresh.
Pairs Well With
Your favorite chips, or lettuce for a salad
