Basic Raw Vegan Energy Balls

Raw Vegan treats are easy healthy treats .
I often make several batches using different flavors.
Freeze them and then enjoy the variety for weeks.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup medjool dates (6 pitted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp lemon juice or water
cacao powder for coating
Directions
Blend all ingredients in your food processor except the water until mixture is a crumbly meal.
Add water and process on slow speed.
Scoop and roll with your hands into a ball.
Roll the ball in the cacao powder to coat.
Store in fridge or freezer.
