Ingredients You'll Need
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp. shallot, chopped
1 ea. egg yolk
1/2 cup olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. fresh basil
salt
pepper
Directions
In a blender, add lemon juice, garlic, shallot and egg yolk.
Blend for one minute.
In a thin stream add oil SLOWLY or your emulsion will break.
Add basil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
