Basil-tahini Dressing

Why I Love This Recipe
Serve with salads or roasted/grilled/steamed/raw greens or vegetables. Pour over your favorite pilaf or whole grains like quinoa, or use in a pasta salad. Add to sandwiches wraps, spread on flatbread, or serve with falafel.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/3 cup silken tofu.
3 Tb tahini (or more, depending on your taste).
2 Tb lemon juice.
2 Tb apple cider vinegar.
1 Tb soy sauce, or wheat free tamari.
Dash of sesame oil.
Dash of Bragg's (or more).
2 large garlic cloves.
1 Tb dried parsley.
1 cup fresh basil, or more.
Directions
Blend all together well, adding water to thin if necessary.
