"Burrito with beans"

Serves 4 | Prep Time 20 minutes | Cook Time 5 minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe is super quick and easy to make. It takes less than 20 minutes and is simply delicious. You can use this bean mixture as a topping for nachos or just with some chips if you don't have tortillas or if you don't really want a burrito. Get creative! Make it you own! You can add veggies of your choice and skip the cheese to make it vegan!


Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup of beans (i used kidney beans)
1 cup red sauce (homemade or store bought)
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
4 tortillas
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Cheese (optional)


Directions

1. In a pan, add the red sauce, salt and black pepper. Saute for a couple of minutes.
2. Add the beans and mix together. Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Heat up the tortillas.
4. Assemble your burrito using the bean mixture, veggies and cheese.
5. Serve Hot!
