Why I Love This Recipe
Becky was my sister in law who passed many years ago. She used to serve this at Christmas time and so it has become a family treat at this time of year.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 Beef Boullion cubes or liquid
boullion.
1 Tbsp. Hot Water (if cubes)
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 Tsp. Sour Cream
2/3 Cup finely chopped celery
2 finely chopped green onions
1 41/4 oz. can of tiny shrimp,
drained or fresh small shrimp
Directions
Dissolve boullion cubes in water or use 1 Tsp liquid boullion in medium sized bowl. Beat in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in green onions, celery and shrimp. Cover & refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
Serve as a dip with fresh vegi's (carrots, celery, broccoli or cauliflower) or with wheat thins and trisquits.
