Beef Barbecue

Ingredients You'll Need
2 lb. lean ground beef, browned
1 green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 to 3 c. celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 T vinegar
2 to 3 T sugar
1 t prepared mustard
1 3/4 c catsup (14 oz. bottle)
1 3/4 c water
Directions
Saute green pepper, onion and celery while browning meat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till celery and pepper are soft. Serve on buns.
