Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

For Ribs:
6 Racks of beef ribs cut into 4 rib sections
3 large yellow onions cut in ½
1 C wine
2-3 cans beer
1T garlic powder
For sauce:
1 med onion sauté in butter
2 C ketchup
6 T dark brown sugar
6T wosterchire sauce
4 T A1 sauce
¼ C cider vinegar
¼ C water
3 T red hot sauce


For the ribs: Cover above with water and boil for 3 hours. Drain ribs, cut into individual pieces. Cook on grill for 5 minutes. Dip into sauce (recipe below) and cook 5 more minutes.

For the sauce: Combine all, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes.
