1 cup flower
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. garlic spice
1 tbsp. onion spice
salt and pepper
3 pounds stew meat
1 large onion
1 bag of carrots
2 bunches of celery
1 stick of butter
5 cloves of garlic
48 oz. of beef stock
5 potatoes
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can of tomato paste
1 tbsp. thyme
2 bay leaves
1 bag of frozen peas
1 tbsp. paprika
Directions
Put 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp. paprika, 1 tbsp. garlic spice, 1 tbsp. onion spice, salt and pepper, 3 pounds stew meat in a large Ziploc bag and shake.
Put some butter in a big dutch oven pot and brown meat on all sides.
Remove meat
Add more butter and cut up vegetables (except potatoes), garlic to brown vegetables.
Add 1/2 the beef stock and scrap bottom.
Add in potatoes
Add in 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, 1 can of tomato paste, 1 tbsp. of thyme, 1 tbsp. paprika, 2 bay leaves, and stir.
Add in meat and the rest of the beef stock
Simmer for 60-90 minutes, if too thick add in more beef stock, if too thin, leave top off.
Add in bag of frozen peas and cook for 10 more minutes.
