Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups self-rising flour
3 heaping tablespoons sugar
1 12ounce bottle of beer
2 tbs milk
pat of butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease loaf pan.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and beer.
Stir VERY well for five minutes until it's smooth and bubble free.
Pour the batter into greased pan put a pat of butter on top of loaf and put in oven and bake in oven for one hour.
Makes one 9x15 loaf
