Ingredients You'll Need
1 can of beer
As many grams of flour as there are ml in the can of beer (330g or 440g usually)
Add 1/10th of that amount of sugar
a pinch of salt
herbs/garlic/whatever you like to taste
Butter to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 190C
Mix the flour, the sugar and the herbs/garlic/whatever.
Pour in the beer and a bit of melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Place the batter into a greased loaf tin and top with a bit more melted butter (it will look gross at this point but trust the process)
Bake it for 50 minutes or so (if you have a skewer it should come out almost clean, with a crumb or two), remove with oven gloves and tip it out of the tin and leave to cool.
