Why I Love This Recipe

What is better than waking up on a Saturday morning and cracking a beer... for cooking! Throw that chicken on the grill and within a couple hours you have some juicy chicken with lots of flavor.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 Can of Beer (Any Brand, I use Busch Latte)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (if you want)
Whatever seasoning you want (I use Cajun seasoning, I like spicy)
1 Whole Chicken

Directions

Preheat your grill to 350°F.

Remove the chicken from the grill, brush on your favorite BBQ at this point if you use it, allow to rest 15 minutes, then serve.

Pairs Well With

Potatoes or corn on the cob
