Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe was the first one I have learned before going to leave by myself. It is a dish that I just love so much that I knew I had to learn. My friend's enjoyed it so much that became a traditional dish every time we get together. Practcal, Good and simple to do.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 lb Premium Roast Beef
2 tblsp canola oil
4 cans of beer
1 cup apple vinegar
salt
pepper

Directions

Salt the meet and let it soaked with all the ingredients, except the oil. Save this sauce.

In a pressure cooker fry the meat with oil until it get "brownish".

Add all the sauce that to the pan until it covers the meat. If there's not enough you can add more beer or water.

Close the pressure cooker and let it cook for about 30 minutes. If not soft, leave it more 10 minutes. Do not over cook it so it don't get so soft that you can not cut it.

Ready to serve.
