Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cup of fresh or frozen berries of your choice (Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries or combo)
2 Tbsp Honey
The zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp lemon juice

Directions

In a small saucepan, combine berries (no need to defrost if using frozen), honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until berries release their juices, 5-10 minutes. Taste and add more sugar if necessary. Push Berries through a fine strainer (Sieve) to remove seeds. Then spoon coulee over or around panna cotta, Bavarian Cream or Boyer Cream (Although I use a fresh coulee for that.)
