Why I Love This Recipe

My kids love smoothies and it's a great way to get fruit into their diet. Buy frozen berries and freeze bananas so you always have these ingredients on hand. Just peel the bananas & put in freezer bag.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 c. frozen mixed berries
1/2 frozen banana
3 oz. or 1/2 of a lowfat Greek yogurt (any berry flavor)
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water


Add all ingredients to blender & blend until smooth.
*You can add a tablespoon of peanut butter or any other protein powder for added protein
