Serves 12-14 | Prep Time 10 min` | Cook Time 17 min

Why I Love This Recipe

This is my mother's recipe; easy to make and LOW in cholesterol!!!!!(and I'm 70ish!!)


Ingredients You'll Need

2 c flour
4tsp bk.pwd.
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cream of tartar (a must)
1/2 c. margarine
1 slightly beaten egg
2/3 c milk


Directions

1) Mix dry ingredients.


2) Cut in margarine.


3)Add egg & milk.


4)Mix lightly with fork. (do not knead)


5)Roll out on floured board (1in thick)


6)Cut out with cookie cutter.


7)Place on cookie sheet with parchment paper.


8)Bake 450 - 17 min
