Best Chocolate Cake
Why I Love This Recipe
I don't know where this reciped originated. My daughter-in-law gave it to me. I think it's one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever had. It is so moist and chocolatie.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 ¾ cups flour
2 cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup strong black coffee
1 cup buttermilk or (1 cup regular milk with 1 tbsp white vinegar)
½ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Directions
Combine dry ingredients and add rest of ingredients.
Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
Divide batter into two greased and floured round baking pans.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes
