Best Ever Veggie Kebabs

Why I Love This Recipe
Really great while camping or just grilling in the back yard! Try this for Memorial Day festivities.
I got a variation of this recipe from some internet site about four years ago and I've been getting compliments ever since:)
I recently went camping in Joshua Tree and used this recipe with a Steamed fish and curried couscous recipe from a camping cookbook I picked up. It was phenomenal. I'll post the fish and couscous next.
