Why I Love This Recipe

This recipe is perfect for a rainy day, baking is an amazing pastime, and the simple, and sweet brownie recipe makes it well worthwhile!


Ingredients You'll Need

1/2 cup (125 mL) butter
4 oz (115 g) semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
3/4 cup (175 mL) sugar
1/2 cup (125 mL) Five Roses® All Purpose White Flour
1/4 cup (50 mL) cocoa powder
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1 cup (250 mL) chocolate chips (semi-sweet, milk, or white chocolate)
36 mini cupcake liners


Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line mini muffin pans with paper liners.


2. Melt butter and chocolate together in a small saucepan and set aside.


3.Beat eggs and sugar until creamy in a medium bowl, using a handheld whisk. Fold in melted butter and chocolate. Add flour, cocoa, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.


4. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.


5.Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the tops are firm to the touch


6. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!


Pairs Well With

This would go great with some powedered sugar, or dehydrated strawberries, and/or whipped cream!
