Black Bean & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients You'll Need
2 tbsp Thai Fish sauce
1 tbsp Mirin Cooking wine
1 tbsp Tamari
15 ml fresh lime juice
15 oz can organic black beans, juice included
8 g scallion, thinly sliced
10 cilantro, chopped
8 g. garlic, minced
2 t ginger grated
2 drops stevia
Directions
reserve 2 tablespoons of the beans and measles everything else in vitamix. (or other mini food prep) Blend for about 25 sec. until smooth.
Transfer the sauce and the reserved whole beans to a small non-stick pan and simmer covered for about 10 min. It should be reduced by 1/4.

Pairs Well With
