Black Bean and Corn Salsa

"Black beans, corn, red onion, tomatoes, lime, red wine vinegar, and oil."

When I lived Oklahoma a friend brought this salsa to a party. Everyone loved it and it was the first to go.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 -15 oz. cans of black beans, drained and rinsed
2-15 oz. cans of whole corn, drained (or use roasted ears of corn, stripped; about 2)
large red onion, finely chopped
large tomato, cut in half, seeded, and chopped or 1/2 c. or your favorite salsa
4 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. olive oil
1 T. red wine vinegar
freshly ground sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
Directions
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill before serving, a few hours to mingle flavors.
Pairs Well With
Tortilla chips.
